Course Information & Schedule

  • This is a hybrid program with self-paced content consumed in between live interactive virtual workshops.
  • Instructions about how to participate and release of the first module will begin at the first live-virtual session.
  • Self-paced content for the entire course is in total 130 minutes over the course of several weeks.
  • A fillable PDF workbook is provided for the entirety of the program.
  • Practice challenges and reflections are provided throughout the program.

Cloverleaf is helping us to become more strategic and human as we interact across our organization. This program helped us stop to take the time to engage with the data to think more about our interactions.

I learned about the different ways in which I can profit from the Discover area (I think it is magnificent!) and also help organizations. Also, to show people these assessments are dynamic within Cloverleaf, they can consult them every time.
My key takeaway from the program is to focus more on the aggregate of the assessment data and the insights that can generate vs needing to deeply understand each assessment. I learned how to utilize a team dashboard more effectively and how to guide teams through a self-discovery of how to work better together.
My greatest take away was that Cloverleaf is more than just assessments and awareness of self. Rather, it is about overarching team dynamics, efficacy as a team, and being equipped with knowledge to overcome challenges more effectively because of what we learn from Cloverleaf.
I have a greater understanding for Cloverleaf and how to better leverage with my clients for long term relationship building. I would HIGHLY recommend this course as part of onboarding for anyone coming on as a partner with Cloverleaf. Game changer.
